INNOVAGE Stakeholder Forum 1
The first INNOVAGE Stakeholder “European Forum on Social Innovations for Healthy and Active Life Expectancy” was held in Lund, Sweden on 25 September 2013, hosted by Lund University.
The INNOVAGE project is dedicated to developing and testing, as well as surveying and cataloguing social innovations which will have a solid impact on improving the quality of life and wellbeing of older people.
The Forum, chaired by Prof Vappu Taipale, was intended to allow stakeholders to examine the interim outputs and progresss from the INNOVAGE project and decide how they can be best utilised to maximise Healthy Life Expectancy and wellbeing in old age.
Places were fully funded and registrations were open to policy makers, practitioners, older people and their representatives, companies, NGOs with experience or interest in social innovations for ageing.
